Orders & Production

Is everything made to order?
Yes. Every Crossbar Athletic piece is made one at a time, just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Production starts fast. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do everything we can. Once a piece is in production, it can't be cancelled.

Shipping

How long until I get my order?
Production takes 2–3 business days, then standard U.S. shipping typically runs 3–5 business days. You'll get tracking the moment it ships.

Do you ship internationally?
We do. Delivery windows and any duties vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. See the full return policy for details.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — now what?
That's on us, and we'll make it right. Inspect your order when it lands and contact us right away for a replacement or refund.

How do exchanges work?
The fastest route is to return the original and place a new order for the size or piece you want.

Sizing & Fit

How do your pieces fit?
Our apparel is cut with an athletic silhouette and runs true to size. Between sizes or want a relaxed fit? Size up. Full measurements live on our Size Guide.

Product & Care

How do I care for my gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry, and skip the iron on any printed graphics. Treated right, these pieces hold up season after season.
